Making a Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier, just browse through our courses, treatments or products, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. If an item in your shopping cart needs to be removed, please click on the 'remove' button to the left of the item, and click the update button.

Availability

Most in-stock orders are despatched from our premises within 5 working days Monday-Friday (may take longer in busy periods). Always allow 2 -3 working days for delivery after despatch. Any telephone or web orders, whether placed on a working day, a weekend, or a holiday, will not be processed or looked at until the next working day. If items are out of stock we will contact you.

We endeavour to only display products on our web site which are in stock. However, all products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time, including after you have placed your order. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be informed and offered the alternative of accepting late delivery or a full refund.

Delivery

Orders are sent by 1st class recorded delivery or 1st class special delivery and as such will require a signature; it is preferable for someone to be there to sign for these deliveries as we cannot be responsible for any re delivery costs. If you are not in and a card is left it is the responsibility of the purchaser to collect the parcel within the time given by the post office/courier.

Please make sure you input your delivery address clearly and correctly, as you would incur any extra postage costs if we re-send your items as a result of inaccurate address input.

At present all orders and deliveries are to the UK mainland only as we are not able to send any liquids or oils overseas.

Returning a Product

It is our aim to offer 100% satisfaction. We will be happy to replace any faulty goods or redress any errors that we have made in connection with your order. You have the right to cancel your order within seven days of placing it with us, or seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer) any goods may be returned within 14 days from the day they are received providing they are unopened and unused. If they are unopened and unused or you cancel your order before we send out your parcel, we will be happy to refund your full payment; excluding return postage costs (if applicable).

Many customers want to know why they can't get a refund on a product that they have opened but not used and wish to return to us. The reason is that we can no longer guarantee the quality of the product once you have opened it and cannot therefore sell it to someone else. If you are unsure that you are going to like the smell or consistency of a product, we suggest that you buy a small quantity first to test it. Due to the time and high expense involved, we regret that we cannot send samples.

If, in the unlikely event, you feel the oils or any of our products are not the high quality you were expecting, please contact us by email, within 14 days of delivery and explain your reasons. We will look into the matter immediately and always endeavour to replace the product or refund your money in full. However, the item would need to be returned within the set time frame and as originally packaged (unfortunately, we would not normally be able to refund your return postage in this instance).

We cannot be held responsible for any adverse effects which may occur from the use of any product of which the customer has not familiarised themselves with ingredients they may be allergic to.
